ROAD SAFETY - separation from parallel traffic

A safe and separated section is where you have separated cycle path with a fysical barrier separated from the road. 

A non-separated section is allowed,  only when cars have speed limited to 30km/u (and max 500 per day).

A LEVEL 4 can be obtained when 100% of the road is separated.
