Readability tool description

An orientation sign that shows information about destinations along the route. It is placed on different strategic places along the route, so cyclists can use it to see their progress.

The colors of the line (grey and red) shows the cyclist what is behind him and what is in front of him. The more important place have a bigger size of letters then the other places. This sign also shows the cyclist where he is on the route and where he can enter another cycle highway.

Functionality

  • Positive evidence from surveys.
  • Good way to create route identification and provide conformation on the route
  • Information about other destinations and connections (train, other cycle highways).
